What is Kombucha?

Hi there. Just wanted to let you know that I just had your ginger lime and cinnamon flavour and I absolutely love it! I have had a bit of a rough tummy for a couple of days and it has totally relieved the pain. I think it is the ginger too but I can just feel such a sense of relief in there.
